Australian Delivery

Precious Little Moment book orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from date of payment received. Precious Little Prints has a 2-4 week turn around. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours. All orders are shipped through/delivered by Sendle or Australia Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Melbourne – 1 business days after dispatch
• Sydney, Adelaide & Canberra – 1-2 business days after dispatch
• Brisbane, Hobart – 2-5 business days after dispatch
• Perth & Darwin – 5-10 business days after dispatch

Please allow up to 10 business days for deliveries to rural areas in Australia. Note: Since estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we suggest allowing up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.

Lost Mail

Aniky is not liable for the loss of an item once it is lodged with a Australia Post /Sendle, however, if you’re waiting to receive your parcel and think it should have arrived by now:

1. Note that delivery times are from the time your parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. Also “business days” means Monday to Friday and doesn’t include public holidays. Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express orders can be tracked on Australia Post’s website.
3. If your order was delivered to your work, check with your colleagues and the mailroom as they may have collected the parcel on your behalf.
4. Check to make sure the delivery address you provided was correct.
5. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your order, contact us immediately with your order number and we’ll look into it for you. We rely on our carrier for delivery and are unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance to locate any missing parcels.
